Train the trainer

This training is intended to prepare future trainers and instructors.

The aim of the Train the Trainer course is to provide necessary skills and knowledge for delivering effective training.

Objective: 
Being able to develop, plan, conduct and evaluate training sessions.

Duration: 
A general Train the Trainer course is a 3-day interactive course or any other duration customized to your needs.

Topics:

• Communication (verbal / non-verbal, intercultural)
• Instructor requirements and competencies
• Training planning and development
• The trainee and learning process
• Conducting and teaching (incl. practical sessions)
• Group dynamics and feedback
• Assessment of the trainees (exam, evaluation, administration)

Training Location:
Our training center is located at Eindhoven Airport. However, training also may be conducted in Amsterdam.
Any other preferred location is negotiable, also abroad.

Class capacity:
Flexible from only 1 – 4 trainees!

Single registrations?
This training is available for groups and also offered as an Open Schedule Course.
