CRM (Crew Resource Management) Training

CRM is the effective use of all available resources to achieve a safe and efficient flight.
Goal is to enhance communication and management skills as well as effective coordination
and two-way communication between all crew members.
Emphasis is placed on non-technical aspects of crew performance.
This training will provide knowledge of, and familiarity with, human factors relevant to flight operations.
